The owner-professional pastry chef was amazing from beginning to end! I presented her with a very specific request for a proposal for 8 different cupcakes in a Taylor Swift theme decor and sent photos of what I was looking for. She responded quickly with a detailed proposal and quote. And then she delivered a product of perfection! Just exquisite in detail and precision. All the flavor and moist cake were there too.

The perfect place for custom baked goods! I honestly cannot think of any way that the service or baked goods could have been better! Sara is incredibly friendly and professional, answers emails quickly and in detail, and delivered the cupcakes on time and in wonderful packaging! The cupcakes themselves were much cuter than I anticipated, and everyone loved them. The entire experience was easy and fun!To give more detail: I ordered some custom cupcakes for an ocean-themed event at The University of Chicago. Sara was excited about the event and gave me many ideas an options about how to theme the cupcakes, then went ahead and created cupcakes with customized flavors and colors. They were beautiful! The payment process is very easy - you are simply billed via PayPal. Sara had the cupcakes ready exactly on time on our pre-arranged day of pickup, in very nice boxes within bags for easy transport. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! As for the cupcakes themselves, they were delicious!!

I ordered an Alice in Onederland cake for my daughter’s first birthday. Sara was very thoughtful about the design and listened to my input and very helpful with selection. The cake was a HUGE hit! She delivered on time and it was EXACTLY as expected, the details were incredible. My husband and I aren’t normally big cake fans, but her fondant actually tastes good- like marshmallows and her buttercream isn’t overly sweet! Carrot cake and spiced cream cheese frosting was out of this world!
