★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1STALE cake and Nazy is an unprofessional owner with bad attitude! They will never receive another order from me.An associate brought a cake to an event and it was good so I ordered a $65 quarter sheet, yellow cake with cream frosting and strawberry filling on Friday, July 4 for a pick up on Saturday, July 5 for a birthday brunch on Sunday, July 6.To my dismay and disappointment, everyone at the brunch said the cake was dense, tasted like old cornbread, had a stale taste and would only eat one bite. I ate a piece and they were right. I immediately called Nazy to let her know and she did not apologize or offer any consolation. She said she would speak to the chef and call me back the next day. She never called to I had to call her. A woman who did not speak English answered the phone and said the owner is not there, then whispered to someone, when she returned she yelled, “What do you want”? She was rude, unprofessional and impolite. Nazy still did not call back so on Tuesday, I called and finally reached her however, at first, she acted like she was not Nazy. She never apologized or offered compensation so I told her that I would arrive Wednesday with the cake and expected a refund. When I arrived she said, I know who you are and tried to take the cake from me but I reared back and told her that it was still my cake until she gave me my money back. The cake had visible signs of mold and she refused to taste the cake from her own bakery that she sold to me for my birthday. That speaks volumes. I would NEVER patronize or recommend Yasaman Bakery to anyone. I suggest to stay far away from this bakery. Pictures attached

May 22 · Claudia E.R.We tried the various types of baklava, and the apricot pie. All were tasty, my favorite being the Turkish Baklava. The lady taking our order was very friendly and patient with us, as we were being quite indecisive. She also offered us some free samples to help us make the decision. Recommend trying!
April 02 · Yiran LiuYasaman Bakery Corp on Rockville Pike is truly a standout! Not only do they serve some of the finest Persian pastries and bread in the area, but their service is also top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit special — they are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Whether it's your first time trying Persian treats or you're a regular, they treat you like family.Plus, knowing that this is the DMV’s oldest Persian bakery adds a unique charm and sense of history to the experience. Their tradition of baking excellence spans decades, and it’s evident in the freshness, quality, and authenticity of every item. From their perfectly baked barbari bread to the deliciously flaky baklava, every bite feels like a taste of tradition. If you’re in the Rockville area or anywhere in the DMV, Yasaman Bakery Corp is a must-visit for both the food and the outstanding service. Highly recommend!
October 07 · Damith de SilvaThe cookies here…are to DIE FOR. My family has been coming here for years for their walnuts, almond and moon cookies. I haven’t seen them at any other store. Napoleons are great too.
