March 23 · TROY GUILLENthe service at this bakery sucks.they only have one employee which is a male that is very pleasant.i always order the same thing and every time it is a different price (going up in price)they do not what how to make the coffee right - its always too much sugar or too little sugar.THEY NEED MORE EMPLOYEES AND BETTER MANAGEMENT!i gave it two stars because the croissant sandwichs are good.
November 21 · Jennifer VegaListen, I hardly know of any bakery in Miami that has excellent staff and service. That being said, I haven't had too much trouble with the service. This is Miami, one needs to be both vocal and polite to get service. Now let's talk about the food. They serve some very tasty sandwiches and the breakfast is typically good. The pastries are melt in your mouth delicious and very fresh. I haven't had dinner there so I can't comment on that. I would give a five star if service was optimal, but that's why I give four star for the food.
March 14 · Giovanna SorondoThis place needs a good cleaning. When we served Our meal a almost dead fly come out of nowhere and fell on the table if was the most upsetting thing. The glass I was served my drink had lipstick marks on it. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
July 12 · CamsThe food mostly good, however the garbanzos fritos we always loved were cold, served in a different recipient (not the usual ceramic bowl), and with a different taste. They were mopping the floor of half of the restaurant (without having occurred any accident) and it was not closing time. There are still decorations from Valentine's Day (one week after) and a big plastic table does not match the nice environment they had in the past. None of the above is critical but the sum of everything tells you there are management issues.
