June 10 · EmaniNot sure why people still go here when the bridge and the last exit are 2mins away. The Baltimore service area is 15mins away and is an Oasis compared to this place. Exit 1 has plenty of stops in both directions and is a lot cleaner than this dump but hey if you like mold in your soft drinks and ice every day go for it. the ice and soda machines in all concepts don't have a scheduled cleaning at all so GOOD LUCK! Plus the infestation of flies everywhere is just NASTY. They are everywhere and in every concept landing in food and your face. Just look above your head in Starbucks and you'll wanna leave because you know those were flying all day and night landing on everything. The restrooms are Gross and with graffiti everywhere. Management/Corporate doesn't care as you see or otherwise, it would be a lot cleaner. I'm shocked that the state has never shut this place down yet.
September 14 · Eastwood9Just walk away and don't waste your time. The menu is a work of fiction and they know it and don't care.I waited on line for about 10 minutes, all the while viewing the clearly posted menu, only to be told all of the 4 items I wanted were discontinued a long time ago and aren't available. They really should be penalized for this. Why not even a small sign somewhere indicating menu changes? I guess they'd rather trap you with false advertising hoping you'll buy SOMETHING after waiting in the lengthy line. Don't fall for it!!
August 02 · Tim MendoI’m not quite sure the issue with the different registers behind the counter for Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, but what I am sure is the young “help” is rude and condescending to customers. When asked about management, there is none, there’s no ownership or management. The place could sure use cleaning up too! While they say don’t know who they work for I’m sure someone does though I’d imagine they don’t care or this wouldn’t go on.
February 11 · R SDidn't even have plain original pretzels or anything I even tried to order from their menu. The lady even said they don't serve a garlic parmensan pretzel anymore, but then why is it listed on your menu?
