★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Not saying the negative reviews are wrong, just saying that places like this are quite variable, even from day to day.I had a several hour stopover at MSP and chose Auntie Anne's for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible either. About what I would normally expect from a fast food breakfast place.
August 05 · Barry DahlI never write reviews but I am SO disappointed. I love auntie Anne’s and look forward to getting a treat at the airports. The reviews for this location are awful and I was sure it couldn’t be THAT bad. I was wrong. The pretzel I received was so incredibly dry, a little burnt, so thin, and just not good! For paying $8, I made myself say something about it and the lady offered me pretzel nuggets because they were made more recently. They were not great either. Barely any cinnamon sugar and also dry. The quality of these restaurants seems to stay pretty low. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
August 29 · Jordan StaffieriMe and my brother ordered 2 small cups of pretzel bites and she charged us for 2 large cups and then gave us normal pretzels. We had to pay extra than we should have and the lady working there was horrible at her job
June 28 · Sebastian RoheTerrible customer service. There was one person working, did not acknowledge me for awhile. When she finally did, I ordered and she did not say anything else to me besides what the total was. No hello or anything. She then proceeded to give me an extremely burnt pretzel. Ate what I could, but it was so burnt you could taste it.
November 13 · HM CI stopped at Auntie Anne’s in the Minneapolis airport, F gates. I used to enjoy the pretzels. They only had 3 pretzels - almond, a burnt cinnamon sugar and a pizza one. I bought the almond one and it was a total waste of money (over $7 with tax). It was dry, like it had been under the heat lamp for too long or was over baked. Very disappointing. The person serving me was talking on the phone and wasn’t paying attention to me - the customer. Would not recommend a stop here. Save your money and time.
