UPD Added two stars - returned item and received refund with no issuesToday happened something I didn’t expect from you guys. I’m a regular customer here and I liked everything till now. You see this muffin? If it’s not clear what you are looking at - it’s mold! And you guys put it upside down so I wouldn’t notice it when picking up the order, because of course I just looked inside the bag to see that everything is there, but I didn’t see this until I was ready to eat. Shame on you!

Used to love coming here, and I don’t mind paying fair prices, but today’s service for the price charged was horrible. We ordered the “Baker's Dozen Everything Bagel” and wanted them sliced, which we knew there would be a fee, the problem was when my husband did tap and pay they added a tip which we were not informed of. When getting the bagels home 1/2 were sliced so crooked I’m not even sure how usable they will be. When I called them at the store informing them the slicer needed adjustment I was informed they knew the problem was there. They did not offer an apology or any form of compensation, so I told them they need to fix it or they would be losing our business. This is not the first time we tried politely informed them of the slicing issue.

This place used to be good. Just picked up my order and bagels weren’t toasted, paid $3 extra for uncooked microwaveable bacon (gross), they only put 1 slice of American cheese for a bagel sandwich (half a slice per side side). Bagels were good, but very disappointed in quality.

The food was absolutely delicious! It was freshly made, and the staff was incredibly quick to take our order. We had a few questions before placing our order, and they were more than happy to answer them all. We would definitely go back there again!
