★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am a bagel lover. The bagel itself was great, but in an empty shop, they didn’t toast it. It’s on the receipt and it took a long time to come out. There are glowing “hot bagel signs” in the shop, but it was definitely not hot. My main issue was the cream cheese amount. It’s way too much. They slice chunks of cream cheese and load it in.The actual bagels are great, but the store front needs work. (It’s also weird inside. Ugly and bad use of space (empty Ikea bookshelfs)….. but the music playlist was awesome
February 26 · Elisabeth GarsonGood bagels. I tried the sesame bagel with egg cheese and avocado and it was nice. They have many flavored cream cheese which is nice. You can make your own bagels as well.
May 16 · HRAi ordered a 2nd st bagel bc it’s my favorite. i ordered bacon on it which is an extra 2 dollars and it didn’t come with any. the 2nd st bagel also comes with pickled onions but they put raw red onion on it instead. i am very annoyed bc i know how my sandwich is made and the extra money spent is now wasted.
January 26 · Kaitlyn PurvisThe best bagels! A business so well run that they even made the bathroom code so short. Customers reward companies that treat their employees well. It's empirically proven and biblical! Amen!
September 02 · Chris A.The first time at this location there were only 2 other people in the store and it took 30 minutes for 2 toasted bagels to come out. Decided to give it another shot today but ordered ahead on DoorDash. Arrived and no one was paying attention to the pick up area, when we finally got our order an entire item was missing. They said they were out of that kind of bagel. No one tried to contact to ask for a replacement or even address the issue during pick up. The service was very dismissive and unapologetic. Won’t be coming to this location again. Do yourself a favor and go to Spread Bagelry or literally any other location than this one.
