I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a ham sandwich and even repeated my order twice to the woman, yet I was given a chicken sandwich instead. On top of that, I later realized I was overcharged for the sandwich $24 for a sandwich is insane. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn’t notice until after I left. Since I was already far away due to work, I didn’t have time to go back and deal with it. Definitely not the experience I expected.

If I were to leave a review about a year ago, I probably would have given 5 stars. This used to be my favorite local go- to spot for a quick bite. Unfortunately, over the past several months, I have noticed a significant decrease in the quality of the food and attentiveness of the service. I think both the kitchen/chefs have seemingly been a little lazy or not as good of late, and the front staff have been also. They used to go the extra mile. The last several times I’ve ordered from here, the food has been messy and lackluster, and they are lazy when it comes to coffee/ iced coffee. Also little things matter. If you’re sending a delivery, include a straw with an iced coffee. Most people don’t keep straws at home. And their wraps are incredibly messy now. I’m losing faith in one of my favorite places and considering giving up on coming here. The owner has been around less lately, and there seems to be new staff. I wonder if these things have something to do with it. But given their prices, the all around experience of this place has not been good enough lately considering the prices

This place is good but they are weird and do dumb things all the time. Ordered a turkey sandwich with mayo, they thought it would be a good idea to put the mayo on the side when no one asked for that (who does this? Who thought that was a good idea?), also notice in the picture the embarrassingly small pickle.Another time I ordered on uber eats and the driver didn’t deliver the right order so I ordered again, the restaurant thought it was a mistake so they didn’t fulfill the order (understandable), so I called and went through a ridiculous automated system (relax guys you’re a deli not a Fortune 500 company you can have a normal phone.) I finally got on the phone with the person who claimed to be the owner, he took the order and said 15 minutes, it was delivered 2 hours later and I couldn’t get through when I called, I refused the order and the owner called me back and blamed the girl working at the counter as if I didn’t talk directly to him. Their food is good but it’s a dice roll of if they are gonna do something dumb with your order.Edit: the girl in my office ordered a bacon egg and cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup. They put the salt pepper and ketchup on the side. Seriously who is running this place?

I am not one to comment but food here and service is really good. Only issue is the door said bathroom out of order. I seen the door open once and went in not realizing it was "out of order" it was a beautiful clean bathroom. I was sitting there eating breakfast and this little boy about 7 yrs old basically crying to use the bathroom and they said it dosent work which is bullshit because I've used it . I understand you don't want to dirty the bathroom but that's why you get people to clean it. I was disgusted with how they treated that kid and it's a disgrace. The bathroom does work. Horrible.

This was my first visit, and since I only tried the breakfast, my review might be a bit early to judge fully. I ordered an egg white wrap with sausage and Swiss, along with a plain minis bagel with butter. I have to say, the food was quite good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bagel—it actually had the authentic taste and texture of a classic bagel, unlike the overly bready versions most places serve these days. The price was reasonable too. I’ve noticed a lot of negative, mostly recent reviews, which makes me concerned this place might be headed downhill or even closing. Good bagels are hard to find lately. If management happens to read these reviews, I’d suggest paying attention to the feedback and making some adjustments.
