Cake Culture Co., Inc Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For residents and visitors in the Georgia area seeking a truly unique and sophisticated dessert experience, Cake Culture Co., Inc. offers a delightful culinary destination. Located within the heart of the dynamic Ponce City Market (PCM) Food Hall in Atlanta, this specialty bakery stands out by focusing almost exclusively on one elegant product: the exquisite Mille Crêpe Cake. The term Mille Crêpe translates literally to "a thousand crêpes," describing the cake's signature construction—a tall stack featuring approximately twenty layers of paper-thin, handmade crêpes, meticulously separated by a delicate, ethereal layer of light pastry cream. This unique structure results in a texture that is impossibly soft and smooth, offering a melt-in-your-mouth sensation that is distinct from traditional layer cakes found across the South.
Cake Culture Co., Inc. has carved out a niche for itself in Atlanta’s competitive culinary landscape by mastering this refined pastry art. Their dedication to quality and precise execution means every slice is an exercise in subtle flavor balance and textural harmony. It is a perfect spot for those who appreciate delicate sweetness over heavy frosting, or for anyone looking for an internationally-inspired treat for a special occasion. Whether you are craving a single slice of their signature flavor while exploring the historic market, or you need a stunning nine-inch whole cake to be the centerpiece of a Georgia celebration, Cake Culture Co., Inc. provides a convenient and memorable option. Their presence in the bustling PCM Food Hall makes them a readily accessible stop for a quick indulgence or a pre-ordered pickup, solidifying their role as a premier dessert specialist in the metropolitan area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stumbled upon this cute little dessert spot at PCM and decided to try the mochi ice cream and red velvet crepe cake. Both were good picks. The mochi ice cream was fun—soft, chewy, and hit that sweet, refreshing note. The red velvet crepe cake leaned more into the cream cheese flavor than the red velvet itself, which I actually liked, though my friend wasn’t a fan. Definitely a texture-lovers dessert.Overall, it’s a charming spot for a quick treat, especially if you’re craving something a little different from the usual sweets lineup at PCM.
April 06 · SamGrabbed a couple of slices on my way out to bring home. Definitely a taste experience. But I wouldn't say this is a craveable dessert. We got the Dulce du Leche and was more vanilla tasting than anything. However, the raspberry in the Chocolate Raspberry was delicate and a nice addition. It was good, but I've had a better dessert experience.
August 12 · T SMatcha Green Tea Mille Crêpe Slice and Strawberry Mille Crêpe Slice were amazing but Chocolate de Coco Mille Crêpe Slice was not that great!Over all a good dessert place to visit if you are at ponce city market
August 19 · Ananya ReddyHad the red velvet crepe cake and it was wonderful. Really nice flavor, not crazy sweet, nice texture with all the crepe layers. Overall a nice, unique dessert. I’d visit again.
May 11 · Hoyt PhillipsThe owner is a lovely lady who is passionate about her cakes! She and her husband learned their skills from years of training in Japan. Their ingredients are pure and simple, which, surprisingly creates a complex array of tastes that you get from each bite. Hands down the best Mille Crepe cakes I’ve ever had! The lavender is so amazingly delicate and light. The red velvet is unique, with a strong coffee & chocolate flavor combined with velvety cream cheese layers. The Dulce de Leche is just spot on and definitely recommended for those who like their pastry sweeter. The matcha has an authentic Japanese flavor, delicate and not too sweet.I’ll be coming back to try the other flavors! This place is 1000% recommended!!
