If you’re looking for dry donuts that taste a day old, just come in after 7 AM. And don’t expect a true “Baker’s Dozen” anymore—apparently 12 is the new 13 here. Very sloppy. Staff also seem irritated if you don’t tip, which just adds to the negative experience. On top of that, it feels unprofessional when employees switch to Spanish to give certain customers extras. The combination of stale donuts, no extra piece, and poor service is disappointing. I’m not the only one who noticed—there were over 10 people with me upset about the change from 13 to 12. One customer lost, and probably more to follow.

A BEST place EVER ☆Our first time & everyone n everything was just too wonderful ♡☆We took ssssoooo long in line picking out what we wanted aaaand nobody cared ♡☆ not one single person ♡☆The selection is enormous ☆Every clean ☆Well lit ☆Very open ☆Great seating: inside & outside in the awesome shade ☆They have a very nice water dispenser ☆Fantastic music ☆Some may say it's expensive. ... THESE Donuts ARENOT your "store packaged" ones & for us, worth every penny ☆Glad we came from across town!

Delicious donuts made fresh! I tried their specialty donuts and liked their pastries! Recommend their croissants as they are soft not hard like some other places. The price range is similar to pink box donuts, but they offer more variety of drinks and have no drive-thru.

Seven year celebration for this location today. I have enjoyed all seven years to the hilt! BEST DONUTS IN VEGAS! We absolutely LOVE Carl's donuts. We always chose Carl's over any other donuts. They are delicious and worth every cent. All employees (except for one female) are always smiles and friendly. If you run into one of the owners, you will be presented with a bright smiles and welcomes. Thank you Carl's for always making it possible for my family to enjoy such delicious donuts!
