Staff were so nice and friendly. They all had smiling faces and wonderful personalities. First time trying crumble and first time at a crumble cookie store! 10/10 will definitely come back!

Our outting today took us on a adventure that led us to some of the best cookies. 😋 Crumbl Cookie was a delicious experience. Staff with smiles and ready to help out new customers. Clean so wonderfully clean. When you enter the shop you'll find cookie flavors on the wall or my favorite, cookies displayed on the counter by the register. So you can see the size and flavors they offer. Once a week they have a Mystery flavor. This week, Cookie Monster. Great experience, cookies were perfect. Not, and I love this, not overly sweet, incredible flavores. Red Velvet and the Ice Cream cookies my favorite. A bit pricey, but for a day out of enjoying life, grab a cookie. You'll love it.

I usually always love Crumbl cookies but the Strongsville location needs to step it up. I ordered through the app which said they would be ready by 11:07 and I was in a rush. I got there at 11:45 and none of my cookies were put together yet. Also, I ordered 12 bottles of water and they just set them all on the counter saying sorry we don’t have a bag. Turns out the bag was right below the counter when I was like well could I have a box or something to put them in? These cookies are expensive and their customer service sucks

Made an order via the app the day before. Arrived to pick it up a half hour after the time and they told me the order was cancelled because they were “out” of all the cookies. Asked why they didn’t contact me and they said they were just about to. Very poor service. No offer for different cookies or any remediation. This was a 930am pick up.

I went in to Crumbl yesterday and was COMPLETELY IGNORED. I was there to pick up an order and was left standing there for what seemed like an hour. Nobody acknowledged me, the employees were to busy talking about their personal things than paying attention to their customers. I was absolutely shocked tbh. Just to walk in and be completely ignored. Needless to say I wasn’t happy and left without my order. How rude can a staff be. Crumbl you need to retrain your employees. This is completely unacceptable.
