When making a choice at Donut Factory, the selection should reflect the unique range of treats they offer. For a first-time visitor in Washington, it is strongly recommended to choose from their core specialties, which highlight the quality and creativity of their baking.
Firstly, you must try a specialty item: the Glazed Crobar. This unique croissant-donut hybrid represents the innovative spirit of the shop and is a texture and flavor standout. Secondly, for the ultimate savory-sweet experience, the Bacon Maple Bar is a legendary, absolute favorite among locals, combining the richness of maple glaze with the satisfying crunch of bacon—though you should aim to arrive early before it sells out.
Finally, to experience the full range of their craft, pick one from each of their main donut types: the "OG" Original Glazed is the classic for a reason, demonstrating the light, fluffy perfection of their Raised Yeast Donuts. For a Cake Donut, the Glazed Old Fashion or the Glazed Buttermilk Bar provides that satisfying, dense, and rich crumb texture that is perfect with a cup of their freshly brewed Coffee. For groups, ordering The Package, which includes a dozen donuts and the 96oz Coffee Box, is the most economical and satisfying choice for sharing the best of what Donut Factory has to offer.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Donuts taste pretty sweet. Nothing special.Last time I went was about 1.5-2 years ago and today realized they moved their store a unit or two down. It’s smaller and the selection is also much smaller. They used to have so many interesting flavors but now it’s a basic place. The parking is limited.
August 24 · Christian MartinTheir donuts are good, but the bacon donut is my absolute favorite. wish it wasn’t sold out so often. But they changed the shape of the bacon donut recently, and it’s not as good as it used to be, sadly. I’ve tried the Italian soda too, but honestly, it’s just alright. I usually skip it now and just stick with the donuts. Totally worth a stop if you’re nearby.
April 17 · DuyenI used to love this place and came here a couple to few times a week. They had amazing Italian sodas. The ones without redbull. I moved away for a year and back for the summer and wanted to come get an amazing donut and a regular Italian soda. It was $5. She made it with sparkling lemonade (or something( it should be club soda , unless specified otherwise). And then she put milk in it. Not half and half. And she put a ton of milk in. More milk than the sparkling lemonade . I came back today. Hoping for better service. She told me the price for a 16 oz Italian soda instead of the 20oz and then it ended being an extra $2.I asked her (and the guy with her) to make it with club soda and half and half. The Italian soda tastes l like watered down half and half. Again way too much half n half and I think they just used normal water.16oz of watered down half and half with some orange syrup for $6
August 21 · grace nI love this donut shop! Only one I'll go to. Idk why but the same donut you get there doesn't taste the same at other places. Their lemon filled and the fruity pebbles donut rock my socks every time.
September 18 · Sierra JordanFor the last several years I’ve ordered my wife custom donuts for her birthday. That was the perk of Donut Factory. Custom donuts, flat fee, and I could pick them up before I went to work!I went to do the same, and found the website was down. I reached out on instagram to hear that they’ve completely restructured their pricing. According to the messages I’ve received, I was encouraged to choose ONE flavor of donuts or face increased pricing. I inquired more and was told this change was for “efficiency.” It is a custom order…isn’t that why the flat fee is more than a regular donut? Isn’t a custom order not about efficiency at all but about care? So that people might buy more donuts for more occasions in their lives?I told the person behind the Instagram that I WAS still interested, and would need details about their flavors since the website was down, plus the follow up question about whether recipes were the same. I figured, I’d be willing to pay more for cost but not at the whim of guessing if recipes and quality would be the same!Needless to say, I haven’t heard back. My guess is that prices have rose, recipes have changed, and I won’t be getting any more custom donuts!
