The bagel was overall good, but smaller than what I expected. The service was good, and they were quick to take and complete my order. The unfortunate part was they didn't have the tables set up for me to be able to eat the bagel there. Overall, decent experience.

Great little place to get a quick breakfast. Ham & Swiss and Bacon sandwiches were very good. Outdoor eating area is nice and spacious. If you have any trouble finding it just look for the umbrellas, the sign isn't obvious unless you're looking right at it.

We have been going to this restaurant for a long time and always enjoyed their tasty food. Unfortunately, our recent visit was upsetting because of the behavior of one of the staff members, her name (Tamara) who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She even raised her voice at my husband when he tried to politely explain the problem we had with our order. My husband could have responded the same way, but he remained calm and ignored her because he’s very respectful. But she continued to be impolite and refused to help us in resolving the problem, she didn't even want to listen!!! To make matters worse, we were given the wrong order and were even charged for it!!! When I politely told her that she should be nicer to people, she rudely told me to shut up. It was truly surprising and unexpected to see this kind of unprofessional behavior from a restaurant we previously thought was good. We won’t be going back there again. It's really disappointing when a place you trust lets you down. It's very important for a restaurant to hire nice staff who have good morals and are respectful to customers to keep its good reputation.

Card machines down and cash only. No biggie that happens. I tried ordering via the app since I didnt carry cash. It wouldnt allow me to modify adding butter to the bagel selected. I asked the cashier if I placed the order could they put butter on it. She said "no" because its an extra charge. She then asked another employee (maybe supervisor), who instructed me to order chips to offset the additional cost of butter since they couldnt figure out how to add it either. What the heck is that? All over something that shouldnt even really be extra but at most is .50 and at this point well worth the inconvenience I dealt with and time I had already spent there. I work right across the street and will pick up bulk bagel orders sometimes. I will NEVER be back. Gross incompetence and lack of customer service over .50 cents of butter where if they would have just done it, I would have felt appreciated and been more inclined for future trips back there. Left my orange juice on the counter and walked out.
