Lazy employees. They run out of bagels early because they can’t be bothered to make an appropriate amount each morning. Try to rush you through because they want to go back to whatever they’re listening to on the AirPods they have on while serving you. Skip this place. They’re are are much better bagel spots in the area.

My cousin and I came into Einstein Bagels like 10 minutes before closing, and honestly, I thought we’d just grab something real quick and head out. But Alex?? He completely changed the vibe.He was SO helpful, so patient, and just good energy. He didn’t rush us at all—in fact, he walked us through the menu, explained everything so clearly, and even suggested things I didn’t know I needed… but ended up loving! Seriously who does that 10 min before closing?! You can tell he actually cares about his customers having a great experience!I usually don’t come across customer service like that, nor do I expect it at the end of a long day! I promise you, we were are smiles feeling like we got exactly what we needed and then some! I hadn’t been to Einstein all year and now I’ll actually look forward to coming back. Thank you, Alex! You made a regular breakfast run feel like a real treat. Be back soon!

Located in a strip mall on the corner of Federal and US 1, this Einstein was a bit chaotic from the moment I walked in. Outside they have a few tables for eating and people were enjoying these. However once I opened the door to walk in I was “greeted” by shouting and loud talking. It wasn’t aggressive but rather loud banter between employees and a customer along with employees dropping things making loud crashing sounds. After all that I believe there was a “welcome” shouted out but hard to tell over everything else. I ordered online and walked over to the mobile pick up shelves and nothing. I walked over to end of the pick up counter which had mobile order signs and nothing there either. There was a couple people waiting for their orders and in front of them, away from any mobile order signs, was my bag of food waiting all by itself. The cheesy hash brown was ok but not crispy like at my usual location. The All Nighter bagel sandwich was just ok as the bagel was more like a bread roll than bagel. Overall a very strange visit.

To the owner Franchise / CooperationThis store needs a lot of help, why we don't keep up stores up to the standards.This store is absolutely dirty , look at the A/C vents' right on top of registers, customer service absolutely RUDE,Bathroom disgusting dirty.I was very concerned about drinking my iced coffee. They keep the coffee out of the refrigerator. I threw it out .The lady manager saw me taking pictures. And was talking about me with the cashier.Owner, please do not reply to my review.We're not planning on coming back.P.s. Forgot to mention the tips jar that they have on top of the counter.How dare you asking for tips !!!!!

The food and service is always good but the dining area is dirty, there's so much dirt/rust on the air conditioning supply vents, most of the ceiling tiles are discolored, there is mounds of dirt and dust on the lighting, and the vinyl on the booth seating is all torn on the majority of the booths.
