New pretzel bagel 4/10. Mustard is good and pretzel bagel tastes good, but it’s so small definitely not worth it. I love all the other pretzels though! And staff is always very friendly. I come here often, just was just a tad bit disappointed with the pretzel bagel.

There was a challenge encountered while I visited this location recently. I wrote a review with my frustrations.I am pleased to edit my post to advise the business did reach out with attempts to correct the challenge. It should be noted, the challenge needing assistance was potentially out of their control but could have been handled by personnel on site.Overall, the business was upgraded to a 3 as a whole. I gave them a 4 on their service as the staff person working the counter was friendly, smiled, and represented the business well. I have them a 1 on atmosphere which I do believe is fitting. No stars were granted for food this round, I left without receiving my order. This was partially circumstantial and my choice. So rightfully, I cannot score them on food quality.I anticipate this location will make an effort to service the community well. I was disappointed to see the ratings of the business so low, but most people rate lowly as a rant rather then attempting to work the challenge.Be aware of your surroundings always.

There was young lady at the register in her real clothes and a name tag , no eye contact , leaning against the wall , very rude , she was hanging out in the lobby when we walked in . She made a terrible coffee for me at first , I asked for it to be remade and she tried to give me the bottom scrapings of the cold brew and then when I asked for fresh coffee, she gave me the container of almond milk and got me to make my own coffee 🧐🧐 terrible
