A girl told me about the honey almond cream cheese bagel she was eating and said I had to come here so I did. Glad I did! Turned out the girl who told me to come also works here and she served me too, she had a great personality both outside and inside of work. If you're a Canadian visiting the US, come and get your bagels here, you will not be disappointed. I wonder how many of these bagels I can bring back to Canada. Thanks for the bagel Angelee.

New favorite bagel place! Ordering online was so easy for pickup. When I pulled into the drive through to pick up my online order, they even brought my order out to me so I didn't have to wait for the cars in front of me! After trying many of the bagel places around, this has the softest bagels with the most spreadable cream cheese (it's whipped). Will be ordering from this place again!

It’s a little frustrating waiting 20 mins in the drive through line for a pickup order. Once I got to the window he asked for my name and said he will see if it’s ready, about 5 minutes later he brings me just the bagel and I said that I have a passion fruit drink as well and had to wait additional time for that. The bagel and drink was great, however the wait the nonchalant employees were not.

I order for couple of items for takeout, but one item was missing(Tub Strawberry Shmear) from the order when I reached home and checked. I tried to reach out to them over a phone call, no response or no one answers the call. It’s really very bad service.

I frequent this location a lot because it's on my way to work. I love the food but the drive thru wait time is pretty bad. Today I ordered way ahead on my app, still waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people in front of me and 1 car in the parking lot. What takes so long? The last time I was there, I went inside and the manager talked to the staff like they were garbage, right in front of me, demeaning them and shaming them. This location just needs to do better.
