Its been open now for a couple of months. They worked out the kinks as would any new establishment would do in the beginning stages of opening up a business and yes I've read the previous reviews. But if you've visited several new businesses in the years I've been doing reviews, you give a little understanding and patience for the first few months of operation. So in saying that, my visit was pleasant. I came in on a Sunday. It was moderately busy. Staff were welcoming, everything was fine. Staff was attentive to the trash and tables and countertop cleaning.I ordered a ham & cheese onion bagel sandwich and a orange juice which were delicious.I met the Manager and told her I was happy this location is in my neighborhood.I will definitely return to enjoy more of what they have. First time here today and I must say first impression it’s a hot mess with the line and waiting area didn’t know where the line was. Gentlemen told me there was no line which I felt like I was cutting people that were waiting. Second they need to have like self serve tablets to order ourselves. The girl that helped me out it was awkward. I looked around but none of the staff actually greeted people or even smiled. I signed up for rewards she didn’t ask me to put my number in or anything so I lost points. She didn’t offer to give me my receipt I was waiting for it she took and threw it away. Bagels are fresh super soft and full of flavor. I did buy the cream cheese and it’s decent not too bad. But I’d say I’d go back just for the bagels and to try the other stuff. Just wish it felt more welcoming.Came back to say the bagels were like a rock the next day even after I warmed them up. The paper bag they put them in isn’t a great idea! So if you do buy them put them in like a ziplock bag and hopefully they don’t become hard.

I was so excited to go, since my sister & sister-in-law went and said it was good. The bagel (Jalapeño Cheese and spread) was delicious! However, the wait for just a bagel and coffee was long :/ I noticed ppl who came after me getting their bagels first. Then, when I got my bagel, they forgot my coffee. I ended up getting someone else’s b/c it had a name on it that wasn’t mine.

Bad customer service. I walked up to the counter and said I had a mobile order, showed them my app and gave my name. The girl with a red shirt, short brown curly hair and wearing a visor said it wasn’t ready, cool. When I came back I saw them grab the same bag that was sitting on the counter when I first came in. They need to pay attention or at least turn the bag so people can see their names. What a horrible way to start out a business. Thanks for the cold meal and a crash out. I had to come back here twice for no reason on my day off. Close this location, it’s not working and just opened.
