I’m reaching out to express my ongoing concerns with the accuracy of my orders from this location. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect — most recently, I ordered three bagels and received three muffins instead. In a separate instance, I ordered three chocolate chip bagels and was given some kind of cinnamon bagels.These issues have been occurring for several months, so I decided to call the store in hopes of resolving the matter politely. i wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone for the first few calls. Unfortunately, when i did get a hold of someone, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude. I was told I was not allowed to speak with a manager and was accused of being “lazy” for not coming into the store directly.I value good service and communication, and I hope that steps can be taken to improve both order accuracy and customer interactions moving forward.the employee said their name was aaron but it could’ve been a fake name. the incident occurred on may 9th 2025

Poor Customer Service and Incorrect OrderI had a terrible experience with an online order from this location. I ordered two chocolate chip bagels for pickup. When I got home, I discovered they had given me two cinnamon sugar bagels instead. I immediately drove back to the store to get my correct order. After speaking with the cashier, I was told they didn't even have chocolate chip bagels in stock. This was frustrating on its own, but what made it worse was their explanation. I asked why they didn't contact me about the substitution, and they said they had no way to reach me and just made the incorrect bagels anyway. They offered no apology or compensation for their mistake and my wasted time. A simple call or email could have prevented this entire issue, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. This incident occurred August 17, 2025.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with my recent Uber Eats order. I placed my order through the app and patiently waited for over an hour, expecting my food to arrive. Growing concerned, I decided to call the restaurant multiple times to check on the status of my order and to cancel if there was an issue. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone despite my numerous attempts.It's extremely disappointing to experience such poor customer service. If the restaurant is unable or unwilling to manage phone inquiries, it should be clearly communicated. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling ignored and dissatisfied. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Nine out of ten orders something is incorrect. This store doesn't read cut/toasted. They just slap something together to throw in the bag whether is it how exactly what was ordered or not. This crew seems to think what you get is dealers choice. I have receipts to back up my claim. Order on July 28th was incorrect. Placed same order 8/4 and they actually duplicated the exact same mistakes. Corporate says they will talk to store manager. Ha Ha
