I love Einstein Bro's but the level of service at this location is great!! Alexis, who i think is the manager made sure i knew about the rewards program and the Monday deals. They got me my order in record time and I will definitely be back to this location!

The location is clean, bright, well staffed and the A/C felt incredible on such a hot day. In a time when good customer service is hard to find Sierra was a bright shinning star. She greeted everyone with a smile, joyful attitude, and used customers names when speaking with them. I was so impressed with her level of service and kindness! Will definitely come back to this location.

Worst Einsteins we've been to. We were disappointed when we lived here 5 years ago, and again when we most recently moved back. My husband tried to order a box of a dozen bagels in store and they told him he couldn't choose the bagels.I find that so odd when we can choose the bagels if we order online. Seems like the people working that day just didn't want to put in minimum effort. We won't be back.

They are getting worse and worse. The country gravy sandwich used to be amazing. Now they don't even toast it when you say toast. They are barely putting even a reasooon of gravy sauce. Used to have so much it ran off the sandwich and was amazing.The sausage and egg on sesame they did not toast that or the individual bagels we ordered. The only thing they got right was the dessert struddle thing. Raw bagel is not very tasty. I hope they get their act together and someone reads this.
