First time visiting this location and it will be my last. It was a little before noon that I went, tried to place my order and the young lady told me with a lot of attitude that they were out and it would be at least a 15 minute wait. Her attitude is what I have come to expect in Gwinnett Country and especially any establishment on Pleasant Hill. Don’t waste your time go jog to this location!

Be careful—they charge tip without telling you!!!I picked up my to-go order here today and noticed later they added a $2 tip WITHOUT ASKING. No screen showing the total, so I even double confirmed the total$ with the cashier lady. Only realized from the receipt that a tip was added. Be aware everyone.

Solid Bagel Spot!Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The bagels were fresh and had that perfect chew—exactly what you want. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese, and it hit the spot. Nice crust, great flavor. Coffee was decent too. Nothing too fancy, just good bagels done right.
