I stopped going here awhile back but decided to give it another try! I’m so glad i went back, the customer service was amazing and just brought the place to life! I had a chance to meet the new GM & you can see how she has impacted the atmosphere there and brought the heart back into the store! If you get a chance, stop by and see the new changes!!

I arrived to pick up my catered order at 6.50am and found it wasn't ready, and I was a bit disappointed. But while I waited, I learned they were behind because they'd had been there since before 4am completing a 300-lunch order before all of ours. So the fact that they were only about 10 minutes behind was amazing. And then I learned the manager was in coordinating all of this despite a personal tragedy the day before. Kudos to Pinky for showing true leadership at such a moment, and helping her team through a crazy morning on game day.❤️‍🩹

We came here when my husband was at the U in 2022, and we vowed to never go back again. But when your mom asks for something specific, and this was the closest place with cranberry bagels, we stoped by to grab a couple for her. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! It was clean, and the place looked great! The employees were what stuck out though. The service was excellent. Quick, efficient, and they were busy when we went in. SUCH A HUGE IMPROVEMENT! We asked if it was under new management, and we weren’t surprised when we were told it was. So KUDOS PINKY! You’re doing a great job!! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent catering experience! It was clearly communicated between Einstein Bro's, Door Dash, and myself on when the order would arrive for my event. It did not arrive late, and there were no issues with the delivery or order in anyway. The bagels came excellently packaged, as did the schmears. The bagels were just about the softest best bagels I have ever had!
