Look at this thing. It's a work of art. I don't know who they got designing these culinary masterpieces but they deserve more money.I ordered the "Farmhouse Egg Sandwich" and every ingredient just enhances the next one. Ham, bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, on a jalapeno bagel. You can tell they care about quality ingredients. Had it with some Sriracha sauce and it was just flawless.

Love this place. They have wonderful choice of very fresh bagels and an amazing customer service. One week ago, on the way back home we realized that we left our dog’s water container. It was to far to go back and I made a phone call. Very nice lady responded they have it and will keep it Today, after one week I received it back immediately after the arrival and without any problem. I’m impressed. Those service guys are extremely nice and they are doing wonderful job. Great team. We love your fresh bagels, and you will see us more often. Thank you very much.

As a Montrealer, I was skeptical. Turns out I was pleasantly surprised - mostly by the service and speed - but also by the texture of the bagel itself. They have the traditional varieties one would expect as a "Bagel Traditionalist" but go out of your comfort zone to try some of the other varieties too.

My friend and I went to Einstein bagel and we ordered the cinnamon and raisin bagel but they only had two left and the lady named jo was getting ready to give the bagel to someone in the app and she said well you can have the bagels and I'll substitute something else for them now. That's good customer service. Excellent customer service you asked me. Thank you again, jo

Although at first, they got my order wrong and had to re-do my bagel sandwich, it was pretty decent. The guacamole spread was surprisingly not the same taste as store-bought since I saw them scoop it out of plastic containers. I really like the honey whole wheat bagel. They don't sell Nutella here if you wanted to spread that on a bagel, and I don't believe they sell bagel chips.
