Here and there I’ll visit an Einsteins for a bagel sandwich of some sort- they can be very enjoyable sometimes.Unfortunately, this one lacked in being memorable. The sandwich I got had egg white, avocado and tomato, and it barely tasted like any. I know those ingredients aren’t super flavorful to begin with but you can still put together a great sandwich with them and this just wasn’t it.The store itself was dirty and not kept well- one of the canvas prints on the wall had a tear through it like someone took a knife and sliced it for fun..But, the one shining spot were the workers. All of them were super friendly, with good spirits and kind smiles!

This place has gone downhill since Dave left. He was always so friendly and kind. Now the new lady is rude and short with her guests. Not to mention the quality of food is worse now. Not to mention the roaches we see on the counters because they leave the sugar out over night. And the tables are always dirty now. I definitely miss the way this location used to be. I’ll choose Jeff’s bagel run across the street before I ever come back here. Corporate needs to take a closer look at the shady things happening here. It’s expensive for what you get, plus dealing with the rude employees and the dirty atmosphere. Never again. I’m grossed out forever ♾️

Place needs to be shut down. New manager Tasha is rude. Cockroaches present in the business. The employees say it’s a known problem and they come from holes in the walls that the owner/district manager chooses not to fix. The bathrooms are filthy with sewer flies present. The food is not good; very expensive for jimmy dean quality. I have been told the bagels get these weird bubbles because the opening staff cuts corners and does not proof the bagels correctly leading to an odd texture of the dough. They rush to put on the cream cheese and it’s runny because they don’t give it even a second after toasting to rest. Expensive and gross. I would choose a different location at least if not just go to Brooklyn water bagels for the same price.

Since I’ve been working in the area this is my go to Einstein’s and I have to say I like the people there always greeting me with a smile and such a positive attitude even early in the mornings. Tasha and Carly in particular are great and so helpful and accommodating. Not to mention I rarely ever have a problem with my order!
