Placed an order for a dozen bagels this morning w/smear. Went to pick up the order just to see on the receipt that they wrote “out of asiago“. That was primarily the bulk of the order. They didn’t even bother to contact us to let us know and instead substituted the bagels that they saw fit which were sesame seed bagels, everything and blueberry. Nobody in our house likes those kind of bagels. Couldn’t someone have contacted us to let us know to figure out the best alternative? What a joke. A simple phone call or substitution request would have been nice. We honestly would have just preferred a refund and to re-order at a different location.On our visit last week, we came in towards the end of the day and the employees were extremely short and borderline rude saying that they were out of most everything. Acted as if the last thing they wanted to do was serve another customer. I get it, worked in the food industry for more than 10 years but there are certain customer facing attitudes that are best kept away from the customer.That was our first experience so we just decided to walk out.Einstein bagels has been my favorite for 15+ years but we won’t be returning to this location.Gave them another chance today and this is the service we received. Disappointed at the lack of communication, even a staff member simply explaining that they didn’t have what we ordered would have been nice. There was no communication whatsoever.

Poorly rated because although the staff was nice.. it appeared as though they had a fly infestation. The whole time I was in this location (maybe 10 minutes) I was constantly shooing flies away from me. Watching flies land on bagels and muffins behind the glass and on people standing in the line. It wasn’t just a few, it was a lot of flies. Safety hazard level. I feel bad for the people who ordered those muffins.. the flies seemed to really like them. I ordered $30 worth of food and didn’t eat any of it. I should’ve just walked out once I swatted at a few flies while waiting in line but I was trying to feed my family in a rush. We ended up going elsewhere even after purchasing and receiving our food. I couldn’t bare to eat it thinking about how many flies had potentially been on our food.

Order some food from this location and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue both sandwiches had no sauce on them, the muffin I ordered was burnt. When I tried to call the store nobody would answer. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with Einstein bagels.

Best bagels I have ever had! They were moist and easy to chew! They had a huge variety of everything, the coffee was great. We traveled to Utah for 4 days and ate here every morning! Highly recommend!!
