I recommend you try it, if you are a fan of bagels. I recommend you order in person if you're getting lunch sandwiches.I wanted to give 5 stars as I am a fan of Einstein Bros bagels and bagel sandwiches so I know what to expect from their brand (Quality).This location had their grand opening last week and we were excited about it. On that day our sandwiches were scrumptious and we were greeted by the staff upon entering which was a nice touch on service (Keep that going).Since then we've ordered 3 times that's how good the Tasty Turkey and Turkey Bacon Avocado is (Both are refreshing).I'm a little disappointed that the 2nd time one sandwich was missing the turkey, we called and they did rectify it for the next visit so I didn't write a review, however today my Tasty Turkey had a tiny slither of turkey on it so I have to review so this doesn't continue to happen especially being brand new. Hopefully management will make sure their team doesn't compromise the quality and give customers what they are paying for. These sandwiches cost $10+ and it's a real treat to buy. The meat is the most expensive part of the sandwich and it should be enough on there to taste. I believe with Mobile Orders the quality isn't the same as ordering in person.**Overall I'd definitely give them another chance, I'll just order differently going forward. Another note, you can't order extra anything on the Mobile App so this is something you can do when ordering in person. I provided pictures of the Tasty Turkey and chips from today, you can see how tasty it looks (Just need more turkey).

I have ordered my meal, and I paid for it. Thirty minutes after I went back to pick it up, nothing was ready and I told them that I will come back again to get it because I am a diabetic person. They stated that someone got my meal. And I went back again for the third time they didn't have it for me. I think it's very salty....I feel like to give 0 star, but I am decided to give 1 star. Don't do me wrong, they were extremely busy. I am thinking not to buy nothing from you anymore. Not a fair customer service.I am deeply sorry that I gaveyou a bad review. Perhaps, Einstein B is great place, some people there are very helpful and pleasant. I was extremely upset about the situation. I am thinking to go back to get my food, because their bagels are so good.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and arrived 5 mins before the estimated pickup time. There were no bags on the shelf (which was no big deal as I did arrive early), but I did notice a couple of bags behind the shelf, not in reach of the customer, and open as if they were still being fulfilled. There were 4 people behind the counter. Two of the team members were in the back preparing orders and two were not. At this point the establishment is practically empty. One of them eventually went over to those two open bags behind the pick up shelf that I had seen when I initially walked in. When she closed them and labeled them, one of them was my bag………it had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting but it was unlabeled, and not placed on the pick up shelf. Basically, I waited ten additional minutes for my order when it was ready before I even walked in the door. I ended up having to go back inside to get my sandwich reheated. I appreciate the team member who reheated my sandwich and gave me coupons for the inconvenience but she did kind of make me feel like reheating the sandwich was an inconvenience to HER. I acknowledge that this location is newer and still ironing out the kinks.

Stopped by with my family while on a road trip. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by all staff members. Everyone was super friendly and patient, as I was unsure what I exactly wanted. The food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely stop by on our way back!!
