THE WORST bagel location. I love Einstein’s, but this location is absolutely horrible. And this review is not based on one, two, or even three visits. There’s a ridiculous pattern here of half-assing orders, being rude to customers, and worst of all, not having bagels made and ready. The last straw was a Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. and this is what they had available. Yet still taking mobile orders without letting folks now they don’t have 80% of the bagels they’re supposed to. Manager did nothing to apologize or take responsibility. We will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go some place else.

Placed an online pickup order at 7:50am. Got to the restaurant at 8:10am. Placed another order for a bagel sandwich. My online order was not ready. The last minute order was ready before my online order. Girl at counter didn't apologize, nor show any sign of customer service. Took over 20 minutes for my order to be done. Would highly recommend to have an hour time if you order from this place.

This is my 3rd time trying this place and each time has been disappointing. If I order a bagel with avocado WHY DO THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE AVOCADO! It’s really not rocket science. I can understand the first time being a mistake but EVERY-TIME is diabolical. Now I have to take time out of my day tomorrow to get a refund for something I could not eat. Get it together and hire competent people who understand how to read and execute orders.

I looked at this place from the road, passed it several times thought it was not open. I loved it when we went in it felt like I was in New York, food was great, l gave a hundred dollar bill by accident instead of a dollar.The woman was so nice she gave it back to me honestly I've lost more hundreds that way. The parking spaces for the bagel place would seem pretty tight at times but doable. The decor was ok. They have outdoor seating as well. I noticed other reviews about their service was not very good but today it was very good. The grabbed the half dozen bagels and they were good.
