For the purist, starting with a Single Bagel ($3.00) paired with one of the delectable spread options is a must. The ability to grab an Individual Spread ($0.55) or an entire 8 Oz Cream Cheese Tub ($10.80) shows a dedication to both simple indulgence and catering to all needs. Customers frequently praise the quality of the bagels themselves, and simply enjoying one fresh, paired with a classic cream cheese flavor, is the best way to experience their New York-style preparation.
For a hearty start to the day, the The Fried Egg Sandwich ($7.20) is a top-ordered item, a customizable classic built around a perfectly cooked egg. Those looking for a more substantial, lunch-style option should explore the specialty sandwiches.
The The Starliter ($16.80), featuring hot pastrami, grilled onion, and spicy mustard, is a savory, deli-inspired favorite that provides a warm, satisfying kick. For those who appreciate traditional appetizing fare, The Suffolk ($15.60), with Woodsmoke Provisions cold smoked lox, capers, red onion, and a choice of spread, or The Nassau ($15.90) with Whitefish Salad, tomato, and red onion, offer a true taste of a classic deli experience.
Vegetarian customers should look to The Veg ($10.20), a colorful and fresh option loaded with cucumber, watermelon radish, pickled red onion, tomato, and arugula, which pairs perfectly with their vegan spread options, particularly the 8 Oz Vegan Spread Tubs ($11.40). For a quick indulgence, the Chopped Cheese! ($13.20) is a well-received, comforting option.
To drink, don't miss the inventive cold brews. The Original Cold Brew ($5.10) is a consistently refreshing pick-me-up, but for those craving something unique, the Creamsicle Cold Brew ($6.60) or the local favorite Xocolatl Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond Cold Brew ($6.60), made with products from an Atlanta chocolatier, elevate the coffee experience far beyond the ordinary. The house-made Seltzer ($3.60) is another highly recommended beverage for a refreshing, non-coffee choice.
In summary, choosing Emerald City Bagels is choosing authentic quality, a welcoming atmosphere, and a menu that’s both classic and creatively unique, making it one of the premier bagel destinations in the Georgia area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been to two Emerald City Bagels locations and loved both! Their bagels are so filling, and the branding is so cute. Love their multiple vegan-friendly topping/schmear options as well! Totally recommend going for the experience.
June 03 · Shreya RWe went at a terrible time it was very crowded and overwhelming, and something that should have been maybe a ten minute stop turned into a 45-minute one. But the coffee, seltzer and bagels were really good. I got a vietnamese cold brew and a pastrami on rosemary salted. There could have been more mustard and onions on the sandwich, but it was good. The house made seltzer was very flavorful and the other bagel disappeared in minutes.
April 05 · Kathryn FoxThis is one of the many very aesthetic but not very good places in Atlanta. The atmosphere is very cool and trendy but this was one of the worst bagels I’ve ever had especially for the price. I got a sesame seed bagel with bacon egg and cheese. The bagel was hard and there was something sour in it not sure if it was the cheese? It was not enjoyable and 2 bacon egg and cheese cost about $25.TLDR: Kroger has better bagels lol save your money.
July 06 · Kierra BowmanNo idea how this got so popular, but this is not it for bagels. My bagel(Rosemary sea salt) was very dry and not at all fluffy. The only thing that I enjoyed was the cream cheese. My husband’s bagel was not any different as he had an onion bagel BLT. I will admit we went later in the day, but I’ve been to many ATL bagel shops “late” in the bagel day, and have never had a complaint. Seems as though the bagels are a step up above store bought if that.If you want some real good bagels go to Ansley Mall. Brooklyn Bagels has been an ATL staple since I was a kid when they just had their Haynes bridge location. If you don’t live near the city they have several locations. All amazing. Or Bronx Bagel buggy. They’re great as well.0 out of 10 for Emerald city bagels.Service was great. No complaints there. The bagels just did not hit.
July 27 · Maysa GeorgeI really wanted to love Emerald City Bagels, but honestly, it just doesn’t live up to the hype, especially when you factor in the extremely high prices. We’re talking $3 for a teeny tiny side of cream cheese. It’s almost comical how small it is for what you’re paying. The bagels themselves? They’re…fine. Not bad, not amazing. The texture and flavor are perfectly agreeable, but I wouldn’t compare them to any great bagel shop. Honestly, they’re not much better than what you’d get at an Einstein Bros. Bagels. It’s the kind of place that feels like it’s trying to present itself as a top-tier bagel spot, but the product doesn’t justify the premium prices. If you’re in the area and craving a bagel, it’ll do, but I wouldn’t go out of my way. I definitely wouldn’t go expecting a New York-level bagel experience. You’re basically paying artisan prices for an average bagel.
