The dough was incredibly soft and perfectly made. The barista was super friendly and quick with my order. Loved that you can watch the pastry chefs preparing everything fresh. Definitely worth a visit!
February 11 · Karimeh ikbariehI've been on somewhat of a Swedish baked goods kick for the holiday season, so I checked out Fabrique to get a saffron bun, which I found to be really high quality. The raspberry cake was also really tasty. The coffee was a great price considering the quality and the size of the cup. My only critique was of the cafe itself, which felt a bit small and like it could utilize the space a bit more efficiently. In any case, I recommend a visit, especially for the baked goods.
January 05 · Gabriel Agostinicute place, but not sure it’s worth the price. there’s no prices listed by food so you don’t really know what you’re paying until you’ve ordered. I liked my ham and mozzarella sandwich but it took a while to come out and my chocolate croissant was cold and hard. the interior is quaint but the music was kind of depressing? it’s not bad but nothing to write home about. I probably won’t go out of my way to come back
