I absolutely LOVED their buns and almond bubble tea, so much so that when I visited NYC for the first time since moving away, this Fay Da was my first stop as soon as I got off my flight and hopped on the Q70 to get to Manhattan.My almond "tea" was frankly, gross. They blended it like I asked, but it just tasted like blended ice and a splash of almond syrup. It was not creamy or milk-tea-like at ALL. The drink was stark white from the lack of usual ingredients, and even calling a "drink" is a stretch as it was literally just blended ice that slowly melted into water with the slightest hint of almond flavor. Maybe they misunderstood my order, or maybe they just make it differently at this location, but either way, eww.The buns were as delicious as ever (though they were out of my favorite, chicken), so they still get three stars. Note that they're self-serve at this location.Next time, I'll just take the extra twenty minutes to go to Forest Hills (because when done right, their almond tea is worth it!!)

Next time!💘There is a $10 minimum for cards. Cash is better if you don't want too much but you can get a satisfying snack or meal for that minimum. The chicken bun I had was 👍👍👍 coffee milk tea was warming and you can adjust Sweetness.. I wanna try the Harlick and tofu flower drink as well as the soy milk.
