- Ok so pictures on Google are completely misleading. The actual food looks nothing like the photos. This is NOT focaccia. It pizza dough. The place doesn't even smell like food. Walked in to a strong smell of cleaning products (fabuloso). I Ordered a prosciutto and mozzarella focaccia sandwich. The bread is basically pizza dough. The prosciutto was sliced wayyyy too thick . Lowest quality domestic prosciutto I've ever tasted. Super salty and looks more like bacon. The mozzarella was just store bought. I had high hopes but will not be returning. - An amazing Focaccia in Park Slope!I just “discovered” Foca Foca, the best Fucaccia in Brooklyn, while walking on Park Slope’s 5th Ave.Turned out that it was opened by an Italian baker who recently immigrated from Italy and this Fucaccia is out of this world.Fluffy, soft, rich with olive oil.
