★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 110/10 experience! For the Love of Sourdough‘s beginner class was amazing!! Not only did I learn so much about the art and science of sourdough making, the class was a lot of fun! Nicole is so knowledgeable and she provided a warm and safe space for learning. Of course the best part was tasting the sourdough we baked. I’m so excited to start my sourdough journey! Thank you so much to Nicole for being a great teacher and hostess :)
July 18 · Cecile MayesBecause learning something new is one of the best way to stay curious, stay agile, stay humble, and stay connected…we decided to sign up a Sourdough Bread Baking class with Nicole and it was INCREDIBLE!It was so lovely to be in such a welcoming and comfortable environment. Everything was so well prepared. Nicole is so knowledgeable and her pace of explaining is perfect! I learned so much about the chemistry of yeast, not to mention learning hands on how to bake the bread and enjoying eating it as well! The team that bakes together, stays together! 💪Highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn to bake sourdough bread as well as anyone looking for a great friend and team bonding experience!
July 28 · Anca CastilloNicole is amazing. We felt right at home in her kitchen. Her knowledge of sourdough is phenomenal and we enjoyed her teaching style. I would recommend anyone who is interested in baking their own bread to sign up for a class.
January 30 · Julie JohnsonOh my gosh! What a fun experience! I took the sourdough beginner class and had a great time. Niki is very knowledgeable and has set the class up in a way that you can experience the whole two day process of making sourdough from start to finish in only four hours! She provides all the materials that you need along with a written guide to take home. I’ll definitely be back to try one of her other baking courses!
May 17 · Tracy TachieraI cannot say enough good things about my experience taking this class recently. We were able to make a loaf of bread from start to finish, including taking home bread we mixed in class to be baked later (plus made starter for later). As you can see from the picture, it turned out beautifully and tasted great. If you want to learn to make sourdough bread, then I highly recommend signing up. If not, then stop by and purchase a loaf already made - it's delicious. Nicole was an amazing hostess and teacher and I highly recommend her and her bread!
