Lunch food here is not the best. I ordered a chopped cheese and got a burger patty with slice cheese that was not even melted smh. I also ordered chicken cutlet sandwich on a bagel and they completely burn the cutlet which made it very chewy and dry. On top of that, we didn’t get no utensils, napkins or even ketchup for my fries. Very disappointed to say the least…

Extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered pancakes and orange juice, but what I received was completely inedible. The pancakes were entirely burnt, and the orange juice was warm—not even refrigerated. When I called to request a redelivery, I was told they were too busy to do anything about it.It's honestly shocking that someone prepared this food, deemed it acceptable, and packed it up for delivery. I've attached a photo of the pancakes so others can see the quality for themselves. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Not sure whether I should have called 911 or write a review because this is a crime. 9.24 cents for a simple bacon egg and cheese. At this price I thought this would be an extraordinary BEC or the best one I ever had, hope. NEVER coming here again.The people here are nice and the place is clean so they get a plus for that.

The bagel itself is good, but I was shocked today when my husband told me we paid $30 for two BEC and my tuna sandwich, which was $10 alone.Any place that charges those prices, gives you the proper amount. You know the type of sandwich over flooding with cream cheese or whatever it is you ordered on it. Our sandwiches were poorly filled and we are disappointed for our money.

Be careful when you order bacon from this place. They just give you a burnt clump of meat. Not sure who in the kitchen served this and thought it was edible for someone to eat. This is absolutely disgusting and just gives you an idea of what they think food quality is at this place. The Bagel Spot by 67th has way better quality and cares what they serve their customers. Facts!!!
