As a gluten sensitive person it can be hard to find baked goods that really hit the spot. Ginger Fox 100% accomplishes this! I have yet to receive a dessert from here that I didn’t absolutely love, including these cherry chocolate pistachio financiers, carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and espresso praline chocolate cupcakes. ✨Incredible taste, perfectly cakey textures and wowww are they pretty 🤩 10/10

Enjoyed all the bakery items and the presentation. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Was greatful staff was very forgiving as the bakery was closing shortly. I visit the area every so often but tends to be later in the day. Thank you!

We ordered Door Dash delivery from Ginger & Fox in Stratham and were so impressed with the quality and flavor of everything we tried. Our order included their Signature Egg Sandwich, Cinnamon Rolls, and both a Caramel and Vanilla Latte made with their homemade syrups—a really nice touch that elevated the drinks.Since it was delivered, we gave the sandwiches a quick 5-minute blast in the oven at 425°F, which brought everything back to that fresh-out-of-the-kitchen feel. The egg sandwich was rich and satisfying with perfectly balanced flavors, and the cinnamon rolls were soft, gooey, and just the right amount of sweet. The lattes had a smooth, not-too-sweet finish, and the homemade syrups made them feel extra special.Highly recommend for a cozy, high-quality breakfast or brunch—whether you're dining in or having it delivered with a little at-home reheat!That said, Ginger & Fox is a welcomed addition to the area. I would love to see a second location in Downtown Portsmouth 💗

The eye-catching exterior of Ginger Fox beckoned me within to a lively beehive of activity in an ultra-modern kitchen. It’s strictly a take-out joint and for the prices charged, I’d prefer to sit down. They do use a lot of organic products. I took away a plain croissant and ate it at home. Over-baked, but it was oh, so delicious, very buttery. $5.00 is too much.

I tried very hard to not like this place with the slightly snooty attitude this place gives off to me. $5 for a croissant is a bold move in Stratham, NH.But I was impressed, excellent quality baked goods. The croissant was really good and I hate to admit it was worth the $5. I think they brush the outside with sugar to give it an extra crisp and slight sweetness.Breakfast sandwich was also $$$ but very good. Well balanced flavors and textures. The egg was properly over easy as requested.Only downsides are very tight parking off a busy road and small indoor area. You have to awkwardly shuffle around after ordering and waiting for items. No where to eat inside or out.
