Great atmosphere for the store itself. I love the bread and sandwiches, but the customer service at this store is always lacking. I go in a few times a month and each time I’m not greeted, and 2 employees in particular are never nice. I always have to ask for the free bread sample and they are not happy when I do. The bread sample I’m given is always a sliver of bread and they don’t offer to put butter on the bread that is within eyesight but never offered. I grew up going to the Provo store and loved how generous they were with the bread sample and honey and butter. The employees were always friendly there as well. Little things like this make a difference to the overall experience. I like their bread but I’m always sad I don’t have feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer when I go. We came at 730 am and it felt like they were just opening up. There wasn’t a scent of baking bread, and no music playing that normally gives a fun vibe in GH. There wasn’t a posted menu (we were getting breakfast) and she told us they had breakfast sandwiches. I would have ordered an avocado toast or something different but with no menu, I didn’t know what they offered. The Breadboard was empty and the only fresh bread they had that early was sourdough. When she sliced it, she didn’t have a butter knife so she dipped the end of the bread knife into the butter to spread it. They aren’t prepared for the day and as out of state visitors, who look forward to delicious GH bread, it was terribly disappointing. We went to the Holliday store a couple of days ago and our experience was 10 stars out of 5!

Out of town travelers expecting fresh baked sourdough bread, you are sadly mistaken, waited in line for 10 minutes just find they don't serve sourdough, it will be ready at 11:30. I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless your waiting for a cinnamon roll gorge down your throat waiting until you get your bread

My wife and I ate lunch here on St. Patrick's Day. It was our first time at this location. The woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful as were those who brought our food to the table and cleared up. My wife ordered the Spicy Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese. She raved about it and said it was the best grilled cheese sandwich she could remember. I ordered the Baja Chipotle Turkey, which was also exceptionally good. We also purchased some items to go: cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies with green frosting and bran muffin toppers. My wife is very particular about cinnamon rolls. She prefers some raisins and pecans but still said they were delicious. They sure don't skimp on the frosting. I felt it was my duty to help her eat that. The sugar cookies were good, but I've been spoiled by our daughter who makes the best ones on the planet. As for the bran muffin toppers, they are rich, sweet, a bit chewy and just fabulous. I could eat a half one of those every morning for the rest of my life. I've added a photo of them.
