I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. Despite being a veteran, I was dismayed to find no appreciation for military service, as evidenced by the lack of a military discount. The food was overpriced, and the ice coffee station had no ice available. Moreover, the presence of beggars in the store asking for alms was unsettling, and the disorganized and disorderly line added to the overall negative experience.Attempting to cancel my order proved futile, as the preparation had already commenced, forcing me to pay an exorbitant $69 for breakfast. In today's climate of patriotism and competitive pricing, it is imperative that restaurants strive to do better. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly to improve the customer experience.
