The food is delish! Always a spot on bagel joint 😁 this trip I got the chicken salad on an everything bagel, the bagel is toasty on the outside and soft inside, chicken salad was good! The atmosphere inside is laid back but has good music, low key dance ..but mellow but not. The staff is friendly and the coffee is always hot!Only downside; parking stinks lol there’s one entrance that works best, but it’s off a one way road in the middle of a busy road.

This place has potential but the people that they have in there I don't know if they're following instructions like if it says three egg they're like putting one. Don't get the burrito and literally tortilla wrapped inside the tortilla see my photo.Got a muffin that had some nice pretty icing on top that was very tasty except it was all on the inside of the container.Also management if you're reading these reviews fix that freaking door ain't nobody can get in it's hard as lead and it don't open

I was so excited to have one of these in the area. It's in a unique corner with limited parking, but I thought it was gonna be worth it. After my second visit, I came to the conclusion that it's very overpriced, and you're better off going somewhere else. I went out of my way to get here, but I prefer another Bagel/lunch (phenomenal) place that does way better than MB. The menu doesn't reflect what you're actually gonna pay. Yes, ask questions while you're ordering if you really want to try MB. The portions absolutely are nowhere to be found on the bagels. If I wanted a breaded breakfast sandwich with the essence of meat, egg, and cheese, then okay. But that's not the case. I had to skip out on the cream cheese if I really wanted to go for a flavourful explosion. You might as way give me the container if I'm gonna be charged $1.99 for a smear of cream cheese. I know how to make lemonade but this last visit was the lemonade off of M.I.B, I had to locate sugar somewhere else. I did!!! What I ordered per the menu $6.99, plus .99 for ??? hidden charge not found on menu, plus the overpriced $1.99 cream cheese. Total was close to $30 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. If I'm gonna pay this for 2 items, they should come with a drink, courtesy bubbly atmosphere, and a great customer perk card for returnees. Hope this helps y'all.

I’m so sorry because I never post if I have negative review. My husband an I have ordered from your place approximately 5 times and amazing experience! Always over the phone with no complaints. But today, we went in personally and ordered. I like my Turkey sliced “shaved” or “chipped “ in my sandwich. It was cut in chunks instead. I feel there was a language barrier because of what I received. I couldn’t eat it. The girls working there at the time seemed clueless. It took forever and end result wasn’t satisfactory. I’m sorry but will not be back.😔UPDATE: I DON’T THINK YOU REALIZE THAT WHEN YOU REFER ANYONE TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR A RESOLUTION, THEY DO NOT RESPOND! I EMAILED THEM TWICE AND NO RESPONSE, THEREFORE I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW.
