September 06 · Elizabeth SilvaPanadería Alicia’s is a true gem if you’re a fan of Mexican baked goods. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an overwhelming variety of breads, pastries, and cakes—there’s truly something for everyone. The selection is massive, and everything looks fresh and inviting. We tried their tres leches cake and caramel pudding cake, and both were absolutely delicious. The tres leches was moist and rich without being overly sweet, and the caramel pudding cake had a silky texture with just the right amount of sweetness. We also sampled a few other baked goods, and everything we tried was solid—clearly made with care. One thing that could improve the experience for first-time visitors is labeling. None of the items are named or described, so unless you’re already familiar with traditional Mexican pastries, it can be a bit of a guessing game. It would be really helpful if they labeled each item or provided a menu guide. That said, if you’re open to a little adventure—or already know your conchas from your cuernitos—this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll be back to try even more from their incredible selection.
August 06 · akshay reddyI ordered a heart shaped cake for my sister bday and the cake was nothing I ordered and it was uneven heart shape as well and I asked for pink and it was a purple cake. This isn't the first time they messed up on a cake last time I asked for tres leches and it was so dry no tres leches and this time I went for just chocolate but the shape and design color is nothing from what I ordered. I'm so disappointed I like this bakery but I won't be ordering a cake from here.
September 01 · Melyssa GutierrezThe best mexican conchas in Utah by far! Their rosca de reyes and cakes are amazing too. All for a great price.
September 10 · ErreseveLately, I don't know what's going on with this bakery. It used to be one of my favorites, but the last few times I've gone, the bread just isn't made the same. A lot of the sweet breads don't look fluffy and well-baked like they used to. I'm not sure if they changed bakers, but it's definitely not the same. It's nothing like their cheesecake bread or chocolate-covered bread used to be. Also the girls in charge, really need to work on their customer service skills. When I called to report my complain, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a rude response: 'if you don't like it, don't buy it'
