The owner would rather throw food away rather than to donate to the hungry. It’s not required but where is the humanity? Also, too cheap to have a functioning air conditioner and please prepare to sweat while sitting. I feel sorry that the staff has to work in a sauna! Do better, it’s not that difficult.

Fresh baked bread every morning fills the store with amazing aromas and the quality of their baguettes rivals authentic French bakeries I've visited during travels abroad previously.

I stopped by here because I took my wife next door to Western Bagel and then she wanted her Chai latte from Paris Baguette. My wife loves their Chai Latte so since we were next door, she couldn't resist. We came in the early morning so they were not busy at all. Finding parking in the plaza this place is in was easy but exiting is the hardest part because many cars are trying to make a left turn onto Ventura. When we walked in, my wife was able to put in her order for the Chai Latte right away and they made the drink quick compared to the Northridge location. I looked at their pastries options and they looked good but I was already full. I also looked at their cakes and macrons and they have some good selection. We ate our bagel from next door inside here and it's a relaxing environment.

Very delicious pastries. This is my go-to place for cakes. The blueberry is delish!! However, 4/4 times I've been recently the customer service is not good. I keep thinking it was just the exception but I realize some people may not be trained (hence, management problem). No greeting, Iast time I just got a stare. One time a rep was helping me with a cake which she went to the back to get, she didn't bother to tell me it was on the counter and went on to help someone else. Please communicate with your customers. Otherwise, Paris Baguette pastries are the best.
