Philly Pretzel Factory Reviews
Stopped by to get pretzels and man ringing us up needed help so he asked lady with blonde hair but she stated "she's busy" and he will have to wait. All she was doing was standing there talking, it would of took her two seconds to delete the item. I said "forget it, I don't have time to wait because my bus was coming" she said " oh well I don't need you business anyway, you aren't hurting me none" She is literally the most unprofessional person working there. I have been to several different locations and have never had any issues. She is ignorant and rude and the pretzel factory can definitely do better. The man that was running register was nice and apologetic.
June 28 · TMGThe store hours say their supposed to be open at 11am, but despite having pretzels made they have the gate down and just chatting with the staff at the terminal. What’s the point of opening between set hours if your not gonna do your job.
