We absolutely love pink bella. They offer delicious gluten free cakes and cupcakes. Year after year we order custom cakes and they turn out beautiful and soooo good!

Horrible, too much sugar to the point I felt like throwing up with the first bite. The clerk literally don't want to sell anything. She is busy doom scrolling and reluctantly responding to questions about the cupcakes. Stay away for this place.

Friendly staff and a wide selection of taffy as well! Location is very convenient in the midst of other retail and restaurants. Located on the second floor, overlooking the water feature.

Absolutely love this bakery! Their cupcakes are delicious. I always come in for the red velvet. Last weekend, I got a triple chocolate and funfetti flavored cupcakes which are my new favorites!! My least favorite has been the pink champagne. Whenever I’m looking for a sweet treat, I come here! Recently, I began freezing the cupcakes for a later time and they come out perfect.

I had a terrible experience when I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. We were told beforehand that the cake would be ready at 10am, and when we got to the store around 10:30, we were surprised to see that it was closed. Moreover, nobody was answering the phone and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to move my son's birthday party because I did not get my cake on time without any notice. After commuting back from Redmond, we finally were able to get in touch with someone an hour and a half later.At that point, I was extremely disappointed and asked if it would be possible to get a delivery as well as a 20% discount because of the stress and unrest this mistake caused. We recieved the delivery from Margo's husband, but when we got in touch with Margo, I was shocked by her UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. She accused me of demanding for a discount to "her girl", which I simply inquired about, and continued to berate my actions. She accused me of not waiting at the store and not trying to get in touch, which I very obviously did and have proof of. She apologized for the issue but said that my family's behavior caused part of the issue, which is absurd to say when you are in a customer service position. Overall, terrible service and lack of accountability. I will never buy from or recommend this place again.
