Choosing **Pop-up Patisserie** in Rockville, MD, is worth it for anyone in the Maryland area seeking a culinary experience that is both high-quality and unique. The fusion of authentic French confectionery artistry with the hearty, specialized comfort food of Montreal is a combination rarely found elsewhere.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Really, truly, the best macarons!!! Also love the Nanaimo bar. I've never had poutine before today, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I liked it. The smoked meat sandwich is kind of like pastrami, very tasty and comes on a good bun. I've been following them in their pink food truck every Saturday at the Kensington farmers market and I'm so happy they finally have a store!!
October 22 · Mackenzie EnnisPer the owner's comments: I have zero issues if food takes the needed time to cook, when the rest of the business is properly ran. When the clerk forgets which person ordered which sandwich, gives out the wrong ones if it's worth paying $13 for an egg sandwich.Food truck takes forever and the clerk seems not to know who ordered what, got to watch him give my sandwich to someone else. Maybe use numbers to get people their orders.
January 31 · J E SThe macarons are delicious, but wow, I have never been more disappointed in an eclair and/or cream puff. Eclairs and cream puffs are supposed to have pastry cream filling; not butter cream. These were dense, heavy, and not flavorful. Just stick to the macarons!
June 18 · J SI stopped in after work for a treat and was not disappointed. The cashier was really friendly, and the Nanaimo bar was as good as the ones I had in Victoria BC. Worth a visit!
