★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Updated: I gave it another shot and tried the goat cheese asparagus croissant and the kumquat apricot croissant...both were very good. Changing to 5 stars. With so many great reviews I decided to check it out. I got the potato gratin..it looked good and the flavor profile was good but I was not blown away by the taste. I also felt the price of $7+tax is a bit steep for the size of the pastry. Service was warm and welcoming.
May 03 · Gayathri Sreekanth8:39AM at Pike Place. They used to make the croissants for the four seasons etc. and then decided to open their own brick and mortar six months ago. I tried the asparagus and goat cheese, the apricot and cardamom, and the almondine. The almond and the chocolate tea move so quickly the actually have timestamps on when the last batch came out.Worth the lineup.
May 31 · Mari KimMy husband was sweet enough to wake up at 6:30 to walk 20 minutes to the pike place area to pick us up some pastries after I had been influenced by Instagram. This place did not disappoint! The stone fruit croissant/pastry and the berry cheesecake pastry were a total surprise! The strawberries & cream croissant was sweet and yummy and the croissants were delish too. All in all amazing.
August 25 · Jen RountreeWe got the Butter Croissant ($3.50), the Pain Au Chocolat Croissant ($4.00), Ichigo Cream Croissant ($7.50). The texture was light and fluffy and the employees had a great attitude. Make sure to go at or before 8am because they tend to sell out at 10am.
July 04 · Dinh TranThe owners are the cutest couple and have known them for years! So happy they’ve finally opened a shop in Pike Market Place! They’ve always placed so much love into their pastries and it shows! Look at the lamination technique in their croissant. The focaccia bread was to die for! So moist and yumminess in every bite! Everything is made daily in-house! If you’re looking for some tasty pastries, skip all the other ones at The Market (this one is truly local by locals) and come here! You won’t be disappointed!
