For a definitive and satisfying experience at Siegel's Bagelmania at LAS, there are two distinct categories worth choosing, depending on your goal.
First, for the true bagel enthusiast, the combination of a high-quality, freshly boiled and baked bagel with their specialized cream cheese (schmear) is non-negotiable. Customers specifically praise the flavor of the plain bagels and the popular varieties like the **Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel** paired with the corresponding **Jalapeño Schmear**. This combination delivers a burst of flavor and a perfect texture, setting the stage for a great travel day.
Second, if seeking a hearty and memorable meal, one of the **Signature Sandwiches** is highly recommended. The **Reuben Siegel** stands out as a traditional deli classic that is rarely executed well in an airport environment. For a breakfast item that transcends the ordinary, the **Bagelwiches**, such as the customer-approved **Old School** or the more decadent **The Yiddish Bird**, offer substantial portions that will keep you fueled well past takeoff.
It is important to note the customer feedback regarding taste consistency and value. While some feel the core flavor of the fillings can be mild (e.g., bacon almost unrecognizable), the overall sentiment highlights the quality of the bagels and the substantial size of the sandwiches. If a customer is looking for big, bold flavors, choosing a spicy or highly seasoned bagel like the Everything or Jalapeño Cheddar, and opting for one of the robust deli meats or specialty schmeans, is the best strategy. Despite the premium price tag necessitated by the airport location, Siegel’s Bagelmania provides an authentic, high-quality Jewish delicatessen and Bagel shop experience that is truly a taste of local Nevada tradition and is well worth the quick stop.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1To be honest, very (I’m not gonna say tasteless bc I would be lying) bland food. All I can taste is the everything bagel. The bacon is almost unrecognizable. I had to look at my bite to see if I got a bite of the bacon 😂. And also, it’s just a bunch of chicks that don’t wanna be at work. A $23+ bagel and they expect me to tip for that ? Where did all the unnecessary tipping come from anyway? They force it upon you with the new machines. Just leave a tip cup out front. And if people wanna tip, they will. Stop with the forceful tipping! (I know it will not stop 🤣)
May 22 · Lindsay BarrzMy husband and I grabbed breakfast here before our flight out of town, and it was great! I loved the jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño schmear. My husband also enjoyed his sandwich. The line was a bit long but it moved quickly and the staff is very nice.
July 28 · Victoria BepplerI got the Yiddish Bird, tons of turkey and bacon on it but it was dry. Could have used way more cream cheese spread. Bagel was soft and yummy - I did the Asiago bagel. We visited June 2025. Had a long line but loved relatively fast.
June 09 · Brook SI’m not the biggest fan on airport food, but I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The dough was perfectly soft and fresh, with just the right amount of chewiness. I opted for the old school bagel, flavorful and delicious with the right amount of crisp on the bacon. The staff was quick and friendly, making it a smooth experience, especially considering the rush of airport traffic. This place is definitely a great option if you're craving something simple and tasty!!
March 09 · Nathaly BonillaA bagel toasted to perfection, generously spread with cream cheese. Although the line was lengthy—likely varying with flight schedules—we had quite a bit of time to wait. Nevertheless, the bagels were absolutely delightful and made for an ideal breakfast to keep us satisfied as we anticipated our flight.
