★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This shop is so-so. They are not known for their muffins or donuts. However, their jelly donuts have more jelly than the donut itself. They do have a delicious pecan ring, but they keep on raising the price. It is now up to $25.95, which is outrageous. Elsewhere, these rings average $18. So if you don’t mind spending $26 for a pecan ring, this place is for you.
July 20 · Steve Rosenthal (sjr)There are not enough stars here! I would easily give Steiner’s Pastry Shop 10 Stars if I could! For my breakfast this morning I had a raisin scone slathered in butter… pure Heaven. But that is only one of many delicious favorites. Muffins bursting with fruit, cookies with the Old World flavor of your Granny, and a Meltaway that should frankly be illegal! Quality ingredients assembled and baked with love is the only satisfactory description of this top-notch Bakery. You simply MUST try Steiner’s for yourself. A+++
February 23 · Theresa NardoIf u like a good old fashioned German bakery this is your place. I particularly like their home made pretzels only available on Saturdays as sundays. Check em out!
June 06 · john lalenaWanted a golf theme cupcake for an event and this is the picture they sent, quoting me almost 4$ a cupcake.I am positive that I can make these at home and they would be better looking! Then they called back saying they couldn’t accommodate me and my request for something that looked nicer than this because they didn’t have the capacity to do it.Very odd.Hoping they will try harder for their customers in the future!I must say they are very responsive and the quick response gave them an extra star for me.Nice people, but I will be going elsewhere.REVISED REVIEW: still leaving 2 stars even though they called to explain why they could not accommodate my needs for a custom golf themed cupcake. Then they should not have sent me this picture and quoted me 4$ a cupcake! Very small shop, mom & pop, which I usually support. I believe the owner was the one that called and basically told me off about my review. When I explained to her about why I left this review she gave me an attitude and was NOT HAPPY when we hung up.I AM SURE this is a great, family owned business and bakery but do not use for custom cakes and desserts.
April 08 · Kristina “Special K” SheloIt’s hard not to stop by for a little treat when passing by. I like their donuts - from French cruler to jelly or custard - all great.I am not a fan of mixing sweet and savory flavors but the cheese danish must be really great because I can’t stop buying it.The wholegrain croissant is fantastic every time.
