This cheesecake was the, by far, the best cheesecake I've ever eaten. I had this custom made for a friend's birthday so I asked if a special maple & bourbon glaze could be made and he made it happen. I was kept informed throughout the week on the progress via text & by phone. On the day of delivery it was delivered in a very sturdy box for easy carrying.
