I’ve been a Tiff’s Treats customer for a long time, going back to when they only had stores in Austin. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with an online order. The cookies I received were not baked fresh as advertised. They were cold and crunchy. I understand the employee who served me was working alone; however, I would have gladly waited for fresh cookies rather than receive stale ones put in a warmer. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this location again.

I really tried to be patient when I told him I wanted one 'Cookie of the month' and one 'confetti' and he gave me three cookies. I was about to be charged 6.00, but I was like, 'I'm getting 2 cookies for 4.00, why am I getting charged for another cookie'. Then we had a little back and forth until he changed it to 4.00, but I'm still curious about that.I'm not mad, I couldn't be mad about confusion, but it was almost.... Almost like he didn't pay attention to that. I was sure I said I'll take one of each, but I came to spend 4.00, that I am sure about. No hate or shade, just hoping they make sure staff clarify with customers before putting the cookies down because I know once they are put in the bag, they can't be put back. I got 3 cookies for 4.00 in the end, but I feel like I cheated Tiff's and made the employee frustrated. :(

The cookies are always delicious, and the service is immaculate. They Staff in store is always friendly. But recently I had cookies delivered and the got part of the order wrong, I didn't ask for a replacement order, but they offered so today I am getting a courtesy redelivery. With products and treatment like this they will have me as a Customer for life.

Cookies of course are delicious but the customer service here is non existent. Waited over 25 minutes just to pick up my online order. Wow!! Only one person working the front on a Sunday. Need to have an online pick up line separate from regular line as the items are already paid for.

02/08/23: I’m so excited that Tiff’s Treats has opened in my neck of the woods. Ashley assisted me with my walk in order. I got a dozen cookies, a chocolate brownie, and peanut butter brownie. Yum!!! She was nice, friendly, and professional. Their cookies are SO GOOD!!!!
