Two Geese Bakery Introduce
In the bustling heart of New York City's Financial District, where quick coffee and fast-paced life are the norm, finding a spot that offers both quality and a touch of something different can feel like a small victory. Two Geese Bakery has emerged as just such a place, a local gem that provides a fresh and vibrant alternative to the typical morning rush. While its name might evoke a sense of a specific cultural background, as one customer cleverly pointed out, the bakery's offerings are best described as "good ol’ melting pot American fare," a beautiful blend of flavors and traditions that feels right at home in a city as diverse as New York. It's a place where friendly service and a commitment to fresh, real ingredients come together to create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door.
The menu at Two Geese Bakery is a testament to its innovative spirit. While it has all the hallmarks of a great local bakery—delicious cookies and hot drinks—it also features an array of unique items that set it apart. The "croffle," a creative hybrid of a croissant and a waffle, is a perfect example of this inventive approach. Customers rave about this unique pastry, noting its lighter, flakier, and more buttery texture compared to a traditional waffle. Flavors like Tiramisu, Honey Butter, and Mango Tango offer a fun and exciting twist on a beloved baked good. This is a place that celebrates creativity, offering a delightful surprise with every visit and encouraging customers to try something new and different.
Beyond the baked goods, Two Geese has a strong focus on wellness and quality. The fresh juices are a major highlight, praised for being made with "fresh, real ingredients." Whether you're looking for a specific health benefit, like a boost of iron, or just a refreshing drink on a rainy day, they "got you." This dedication to using high-quality components extends throughout their entire menu, from their breakfast sandwiches on brioche buns to their innovative Korean Street Toast. It's a bakery that understands its customers' desire for food that is not only delicious but also made with care and intention. The combination of classic comfort and modern innovation is what makes Two Geese Bakery a truly special place in the neighborhood.
Two Geese Bakery's location is a major factor in its convenience and appeal. It is situated at 101 Liberty Street, a prime spot in the heart of the Financial District. This makes it an incredibly accessible stop for the thousands of professionals who work in the surrounding office buildings, as well as for residents of the area. Its proximity to key landmarks like the 9/11 Memorial and Museum also makes it a great spot for visitors to grab a quick, high-quality bite. The bakery is also well-served by public transportation, being a short walk from several major subway stations, including those that service the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, Z, and R lines. This easy access ensures that whether you are coming from Uptown, Brooklyn, or New Jersey, getting to Two Geese Bakery is a simple and straightforward journey.
The neighborhood's bustling energy is perfectly complemented by the bakery’s efficient and friendly service. The staff is consistently praised by customers for their helpfulness and positive attitude. One reviewer specifically mentioned a "short tied hair girl" who was "very nice," recommending good cookies and providing excellent service. This kind of personal touch makes a significant difference in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a loyal customer base. Whether you’re on your lunch break and need to be in and out quickly, or you have a few minutes to linger and enjoy a hot drink, the staff at Two Geese Bakery is ready to help, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience every time.

January 08 · 이천진Fresh, real ingredients juices for any situation. Tummy ache they got you, need iron, they got you, just a smoothie on a rainy New Year’s Eve, they got that too!Bakery goods are very close to items I tried in Italy and Montreal, but I did not pick up on a heavy ethnic or cultural preparation of their items, so even though it’s called “two geese” ….. in my best NYC impersonation. I’m gonna say it’s more good ol’ melting pot American fare in term of bakery and juices! Still love it!
December 31 · Anjie DeeThe menu prices were inaccurate. I ordered a medium smoothie but I was charged a higher price than was reflected on the displayed menu. After I inquired about the price he stated it was because of “taxes”.
June 24 · Sayra GordilloUsually, I don't post a review, but I can say I found a gem!!! I came to do shopping and never knew there is a bakery in this building within Market Hall, downstairs..Since I had a sweet tooth I went with Double Chocolate cookie, which was great you could tell it is so fresh and surprisingly it has filling with chocolate ganache inside, but this is not all after that I tried Tiramisu Croffle it looks like waffle, but waaayyy better than that:) on the top Tiramisu cream that is Fireee...These sweets are the best so far that I have tried in NYC, and there also big selection of special drinks they have that I am looking forward to try especially Strawberry Matcha latte looks sooo gud!!Anyways if you get to be around WTC and craving for something sweet or want to explore something different and new I recommend this place!!!!!Besides that there are many food vendors with variety of food, in this Market Hall, you name it, that I am going to try on my next visit!!
December 25 · Klara ArzievaI stumbled upon this place while heading for subway station in world trade center after work. This place was located inside a food court called gansevoort market. This place is definitely a hidden gem! I tried the chicken prosciutto pesto and it was great! I asked to add jalapeños for a kick & they were happy to do it for me. Also tried the tiramisu croffle 💣💣
