★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I always walk past this place and it smells amazing. After years of living in the area, I finally tried their pastries. The lady was kind and patient with me as I was overwhelmed with options. She took the time to explain which ones where sweet , plain or mixed. I went with a traditional concha and bread with cheese inside. The breads are fresh and delightful. I will be returning to try more options. April 17 · Lisa Lisa
- If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I just came by to buy some bread but the younger looking lady behind the counter was being very rude. When the short lady was letting me know about being charged extra if paying with card, I had told her I understood and this other lady from behind comes and instead of politely asking me to hand her my phone, she gives me a “ give me your phone” type of response in Spanish. I mean why can’t they set up the card system in front of the customers instead of privately asking for the phone? Not only does she give me an attitude but she snatches my phone from my hand. I have read other reviews as well of the workers being unfriendly and rude and see this isn’t the first time they act that way. The store owner should definitely consider hiring new welcoming people! - If I could put zero stars I would, but the least is one star the workers are so rude. I’ve never met a place with such a bad aura. I’ve come here multiple times because my business requires some of their bread, and all those times, not a single time. Has any of the workers treated me right they have such a horrible attitude and such horrible customer service. It’s honestly so crazy to me that they can hire these people. They’ve been disrespectful to my elder parents. came here recently to buy my mother a cake and if you’ve been to this place, you know that they have a refrigerator in the front. Typically this type of bakery everything that’s out for display is available to buy so I was looking at the cakes I hadn’t even opened the fridge when one of their customers prayed upon my back and me and my families back making me super uncomfortable and with such a horrible attitude said, do you need something, but she said it in Spanish, and a ruler form because I know in English it can sound more formal and I spoke her back to her with the same energy She spoke to me because I am done tolerating this behavior. This will be my last time shopping here until the boss can hire someone new! This is unacceptable!! May 11 · Andrea Perez
- Let me be honest a business needs few factors: good products and good people doing the products and taking care of the clients. The bakery has a great product but the person by the counter is so arrogant and disrespectful a woman with red hair, young treat me and I witnessed others like she is doing us a favor I bought more than 10 times there and I love the place but I can’t stand her attitude hate and disrespect so today was my last day buying for this place. Hopefully the owner hire some cool and down to earth human no an arrogant human like like the red hair mad woman. June 27 · Araceli navarret
- Food is amazing but they only speak spanish can’t understand. Which is fine im only there for the food anyways December 07 · Safowan Tamim
