This is only based on two visits. Clearly there are other things that I haven't had that might be good. So, take that for what it's worth. I just don't care for their Bagels that much. They don't have the right chew and just are very bready to me. I also ordered a cup of cold brew but the machine wasn't working.

One of the slowest most chaotic bagel spots I’ve seen in awhile. A solid 20 minutes to get a bagel with lox spread and what they gave me was JUST lox. Food was good once I got it but do not stop in if you’re in a hurry.

I know this place has had some rough reviews in the past and I’ve definitely had some of those experiences over the years - BUT - they have absolutely turned it around in recent months and they deserve some credit here. For 3 weeks now, this has been our new family go to spot for weekend breakfast and the food has been spectacular. Like best in the area, top tier, impressive level - spectacular. The kids ask for Empire Bagels specifically and can immediately tell if we grabbed food from somewhere else and they call us out on it. So just had to stop in here and let everyone know - if you had a bad experience, or got scared away by some of the other poor reviews - please consider giving them another shot. I bet you’ll be surprised by the quality and you’ll be writing a positive review of your own to turn their score around!

They need to step up on costume experience. Takes over 30 min for a juice. Paid 7 dollars for a grilled cheese with bacon. Got a cold cheese stale bread for overheating and no bacon. If wasn’t too late I would return
