This was my wedding cake. The design is sloppy and it should have said HICKS EST. 2025 not HICKSEST 2025. We asked them to remake it and they informed us they did not have time. They also forgot the 12 dozen cookies that come with it… they did not have time to make those either.My order total was $64.65. They offered a refund of $30, not even half of my order total. One dozen cookies is $27.99.This was after I called more than 5 times requesting someone to call me back. It took 2 weeks to get a response. The owner and manager refused to speak with me and had an employee call when he was the only employee working. He kept having to put me on hold because he had to attend to customers. He was also messaging me from his personal phone, very unprofessional. I never received an apology. I never spoke to a manager or owner.

This was the most absolute most horrendous cake ordering experience ever! The owner was combative when faced with a mistake on their part and argued for over an hour about correcting. Then made us wait an additional hour to pick up. He then threw the corrected cake on the counter and laughed. Good thing I recorded the experience to hand to their corporate office. DO NOT even bother with this location! There are nicer ones not too far away.

My experience with the ice cream only after my wife asked the young man to change his gloves for playing with his hair in front of us was fine. However, when I asked him for what I would like to have, he just pointed until he got it right. He never spoke. I thought the poor kid was mute, but NO, he chose to point at the ingredients until I said yes. As we sat in to eat, we noticed the change in the shift. The two young ladies were very pleasant to the incoming customers. Yes, very professional! Yet again, one young lady fixed her hair and never changed her gloves and went back to making cookies. I brought it up to the manager, and he made every excuse under the sun. We weren't looking for anything at all. Just an honest acknowledgment and a follow-up with his employees. ( hair nets, retraining, or something) At this point, we just will not return and let others know the unhealthy practices that I'm sure will persist.

Don’t order her for your you’ll get hair baked into your cake, no refunds.I ordered a cake for pickup and paid in advance and apparently the cashier charged the wrong price. Then they charged me a extra $15 because of a art charge the lady forgot to charge me and another $6 to upgrade to a 16 inch cookie because the design wouldn’t fit on the 12 inch cookie I paid for. I literally asked the lady the pricing difference on everything the day I ordered it and I paid for it thinking it was that price then they tell me the day of it’s going to be almost $20 more…when I can’t even order other cake anywhere else because it’s too late in times I ended up paying $53 for a cake with hair in it. Just don’t waste your money or time.The manager is also extremely rude.Overall highly disappointed.

Thank you Ms. GEORGIA for the great customer service and the name is priceless!Ice cream options are large and the flavors are delicious. You can add one or more of the numerous toppings so have fun creating.There is indoor seating and outdoor seating available. Party options cakes cookies candles etc.
